Position Requirements Include:
- 1 or more years of experience in Pesticide and Fertilizer application
- Experience operating Ride-On Sprayer Spreaders (Permagreen, GroundLogic, Turfware, etc.)
- Experience operating Pumps / Sprayers
- Valid Driver’s License
- Physical ability to lift more than 50 lbs.; bend, stoop, pull, walk for multiple hours
- Experience in interacting with Customers

Applicator | Lawn Care Technician
With over 20 Years of experience in delivering beautiful lawns to our customers in Northern/Central New Jersey, Mackinson Turf Management is seeking Applicator | Lawn Care Technician (s) to join our successful team.
Our Applicator | Lawn Care Technicians enjoy physical activity, working outdoors, receive ongoing training on equipment and pesticide application, and get to work on some of New Jersey’s most interesting and exclusive properties. Applicator | Lawn Care Technicians are responsible for driving a truck (no CDL required) to customer sites, inspecting lawn / turf conditions, and applying fertilizer and pesticides as needed.
The successful candidate works well independently in support of team goals, will look forward to overtime earnings, and has an interest in learning about and providing lawn / turf solutions to our customers.
Position Requirements Include:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Physical ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs.; bend, stoop, pull, walk for multiple hours
- Ability to operate and maintain mechanical equipment
- Good math/figure aptitude (measurements, fractions)
- Interest and ability to interact with Customers
